Can you ovulate twice a month without a periods?
Ok.so I'm Very confused about my cups this month.on OCT 31,2015 I took a wondfo opk strip test received a positive opk. And this month I missed my period.took multiple pregnancy test still negative....then on NOV.23,2015 I used first response opk test n it turns dark positive opk.? I'm just like how can I ovulate if I missed my period?please help I'm totally lost?

Your body likely tried to ovulate when you got the first positive and didn't quite make it. It isn't actually that uncommon for the body to "gear up" to ovulate and not be successful. In these cases it normally tries again a few days, or a few weeks, later.
As an example: the past 2 cycles I've ovulated on day 15 and day 12 but 3 cycles ago I didn't ovulate till day 36.
The only way to confirm ovulation is by temping. And to answer your question about whether or not it is possible to ovulate twice in the same cycle before having a period: no you cannot.
If you get to the point where it has been more than 60 days since your last period and you still haven't gotten a positive HPT or your period I'd suggest calling your doctor. At that point your doctor may want to check your hormones to find out what's going on.

I don't know about ovulation twice in a month but I do know I conceived my 5 year old with put having a period and I obviously ovulated and had no period do a year prior and no period when I ovulated now I have a 5 year old. I also didn't have a period this pregnancy and ovulated yet again
