Question

Yellow discharge and small spots of blood, anyone know what this could be?

Ok so I'm 10dpo and there is a small chance I could have been lucky this month and have a sticky bean. I went to have a cervical smear done as it was due. The nurse did it and said my cervix was quite high and difficult to reach. After the smear I felt a bit tender down there and had a glob of yellow discharge with a few streaks of blood. Has anyone experienced this discharge before? I haven't bothered with testing yet as I want to wait until I'm late. My AF is due either Sunday or Monday. Is the discharge an early pregnancy sign or just smear related? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

That sounds like it could be an indication that implantation happened recently. If it is, you could potentially see a positive pregnancy test in 2-3 days! Good luck and fingers crossed for you!

I'm finding it so hard to resist the urge to go and get a test from the supermarket! I do hope that it is a sign of a sticky bean ;-) if not its ok, it will happen when its meant to. I've had a dull back ache almost like sciatica and achey hips since the smear test. thank you for your reply :-)
