I suggest going to the dr and asking for a blood test, only way you will know for sure!!!! Good luck :)

I personally would wait it out. It takes several days to get test results back on blood work and by then you'd be able to turn a home pregnancy test positive if you're pregnant.

If you're already late for your period and you're still testing negative it is somewhat unlikely that you're pregnant. However, this is not to say that you definitely aren't as you could have ovulated later than you have before causing an especially long cycle. 3 cycles ago I didn't ovulate till CD38 compared to CD 15 and CD 12 my last 2 cycles. So when I thought my period was surely late at CD36 and tested, turns out I hadn't even ovulated yet. I'm counting backward from my AF date to establish O date for that cycle.

Cramping can go either way. It's common to have near your period and it's common in early pregnancy. Hopefully you get an answer soon!

Seeing as I recently got off birth control pills, It never dawned on me until now that I very could have ovulated later or not yet. So I guess I'm jumping the gun here. :)

I am also experiencing mild uterine cramps as if I am going to be getting my period tonight but I am a whole two weeks from AF. I had Oed only yesterday and BDed a few days before it and on the day so isnt it too early to be experiencing anything like this? My last cycle was an mmc and bleeding only stopped about a week and a half ago, on top of which my calendar app predicts my next period in two weeks and ovulation yesterday so I am not sure what is going on. Although I get uterine twinges and movements through all cycles, in my non-pregnant cycles they never feel like the mild congested 'pain' sensation of Af. Not sure what to make of it.
