What does the spotting mean since I have a negative pregnancy test
Period on October 30th, ovulation date was on the 10th of nov, Nov 18 I had light pink spotting on the 19th I had brown spotting but only when I wiped on the 20th took a ptest and it was negative so I am a day late on my period.

More often than not spotting is just breakthrough bleeding or the very beginnings of a period.
Breakthrough bleeding is often caused by progesterone being a bit lower than it should be.
If you're already late for your period and you are still testing negative it's very unlikely that you're pregnant. :(
