How long does it take for a woman to completely confirm that she is pregnanant?

How long does it take for a woman which haven't undergone pregnant test to corfim through signs and symptoms that she is pregnant indeed?

There is no proper way to confirm it without tests. So really it would take about 3 months until you're actually showing, then you would know. I'd say take a test! Good luck.

With my first pregnancy, I didn't realize I was pregnant until I lost the baby. I was technically 20 weeks along when she was "born", but she had passed away at 16 weeks. I never tested because I thought I couldn't get pregnant and was used to irregular cycles. I'm also overweight and prone to have gastrointestinal issues, so gaining five pounds and slightly distended belly wasn't a telling factor for me, either.

Do yourself and your potential future child a favor: When in doubt, please just test.
