Yes my first one I got a BFP 13 DPO, I think its too early to test at 8dpo it really does take time for things to happen. I think those that got BFP earlier on, actually ovulated earlier then they thought they did because it take a few days for the ferlitized egg to make its way to the uterus and then another 5 or so days before the implantation is done. I thought I had implantation last week Monday and tuesday *my doctor * think so too, but told me to wait until I'm suppose to get my period before I test, because it does take time for that to build up and the hormone doesn't start to build up until after the egg implanted into the uterus. I got a BFN negative on Saturday when I tested and that would have been 4 days after the implantation happened, going off of Tuesday since that was the day I last spotted. So I would say, just take some deep breaths and try to relax as best you can, and wait it out until you are closer to your expected period. I know its hard, been there and still am
