Blood pregnancy test 5 dpo
I ovulated on the 11th.. Yesterday I had clear pink cm and today mild cramps.. I called my doctor for a blood pregnancy test.. I went in and had it done at 5:30 this evening.. I am wondering can a blood pregnancy test show up positive at 5 dpo?? Has anyone had a positive this early??

I highly doubt it. If it's implantation bleeding and you had the blood test done right after then the hormone levels aren't going to be high enough to show on a blood test. You should probably wait for 4-5 days before getting a blood test done. I've heard of women implanting that early but usually they don't to get a positive blood test until about 4 or 5 days after they have their bleeding

Unless you're absolutely sure you ovulated when you think you did because you confirmed with temps then I'd say it's more likely ovulation caused the CM you saw.
CM tends to be clear (water or eggwhite) around ovulation and usually dries up or at least turns creamy after.
Assuming you're correct on your ovulation date I doubt you'd see anything on a pregnancy test; blood test included. It is highly doubtful a fertilized egg could have implanted already. It normally takes 7-12 days for implantation to occur.
