Implantation bleeding, Ovarian Cysts, or AF rearing her ugly head 4 days early?!

Hello, so yesterday i was 10DPO and experienced some spotting (well discharge I'm assuming was spotting). There wasn't much there at all, only on the tp after i went pee..sorry if tmi...also it brown colored idk if that matters. Yesterday I also had cramps that felt like AF so I was worried that she had come early. Since then there hasn't been any discharge only lower left side back and ovary pain. Because of the O pain I took a Clearblue Digital OPK predictor test (link posted below) and I'm not sure if it's -/+ but based on what I've seen on the forum it could be positive. Could this have been implantation bleeding? Should I be worried about ovarian cysts? DH and I have been TTC for 8 months now and had a feeling this would be the month (only now with the spotting im not so sure).
