Sperm meets egg plan?....
Just a quick question, I know how the SMEP works but after 12 months of ttc with no luck (referral letter in post from doctor! Yay) we thought we'd give the plan a go this week, it says to start fromCD 8 but I've just thought of it but I'm not on CD14. No positive on OPK today tho, we BD on CD 12 and today was my first day of EWCM (sorry) but still a negative OPK. Not sure whether to just carry on BD every other day now or start the plan. What are you thoughts? Any advice much appreciated. I know 12months is considered normal but it's started to feel like a life time.....oh well, carry on,eh.xxxx
