Brown spotting, ttc, could it be due to illness?

I'm 13dpo, I spotted once today and once yesterday. I have had bad Illness(cold flu) and wondering if it could be due to me having a horrible cold or if it's more likely a symptom/sign of pregnancy. Thank you!
