Vertigo/Car Sick

Anyone ever experience car sickness a/or vertigo as a pregnancy symptom before a bfp? I am 8 or 9dpo, it happened yesterday. Nausea is common for me but this is a new one. I was dizzy from my head to deep in my stomach during an car ride yesterday morning. I felt like our car was spinning one direction while the rest of the world was spinning the other way. I also felt like we were flying.

This is a common feeling when there's hormone change. If hormone are increasing OR decreasing. It can be a symptom of anemia as well. That being said I'm having the same new symptom. I'm 20dpo, ive had this since 13dpo after spotting. Hopefully in our case it's a good thing :)
