1 week late, negative hpt? No sign of af

So I'm a week late and I have a uti and a an ear infection which I only had the first time I was pregnant why my son, I'm convinced I'm pregnant I'm on cycle day 35 @and no spotting. Butt is getting bigger but not gaining weight, nipples are starting to produce colostrum again? Waking up in the middle of the night and thirsty, addicted to anything cheese... Abdomen is super tender . Has anyone else gotten negative hpt with a uti and ny symptoms. But still been pregnant?
