I have a picture of what I believe to be an early miscarriage. Please help shed some light on this

I passed some weird looking clot with what seems to be a sac at the end. I was 2 weeks late and believe i miscarried. I need someone who has seen what an early miscarriage looks like and help me to know if it in fact was a miscarriage

I had a very heavy, red period and passed darker red tissue also. I was around the two week mark also and did have an early miscarriage. I also had bad cramping but knew it was gone before I went to doctor to confirm. The body becomes very 'quiet' afterwards. Best of luck
