Not breastfeeding. How long do periods take to regulate after birth? I've skipped this month.

Hi ladies,
My period came back at 8 weeks pp. I'm not breastfeeding.

My period never came last month and I've done a million pregnancy tests but all are negative. Technically I'm 20 days late.

So why does this happen? How long does it take for periods to get back to normal?

I'm thinking about ttc 2. Using withdrawal method right now.
