Is it normal? Am I expecting twins?

I am 7 days past ovulation and I'm getting the normal pinches and twinges but it's not only on one side of my abdominal it happens in BOTH. It's not painful just back and forth. The right ovary gets the pulls and pinches for a little then it switches to the left. Is the implanting happening in both? Twins?

If your hcg test came positive with strong line in 7-10dpo.. probably yes... hcg is high in multiple pregnancy

when I got pregnant with my son last year.....I started to feel cramps kind of pinches on and off all day long from 2 DPO and I was feeling on both sides and I had single baby boy in my womb !!!
