Just maintain a healthy diet and enjoy dun get stressed out... wait for at least 3 cycle to try again... your body need to heal first

I'm so sorry you had to go through this....I had a miscarriage in 2012 at 8 weeks and trust me I still feel the pain.

I can understand how you feel.

Don't lose your hope and you can eat a healthy balanced diet every single day. and exercise for 30 min I do walk only for 30 minutes.

I have 2 sons now and deliverd my second son 5 months ago and trying to get pregnant again so this november is gonna be my first cycle of TTC and i'm going to use preseed again. lets see what happens.

Last time I took OPK and I had sex 2 days before and on the day of Ovulation. and got the success.
