TWINS?????
Last cycle and the cycle before that I have experienced what I believe is ovulation pain. I do believe that I am experiencing the same pain right now... but its slightly different. Typically I feel this pain in my lower left side (right where my ovaries are) and it lasts about 2-3 days. Sends shooting pain down the very top of my leg and towards my nether region. This cycle I am feeling that exact same pain but on both sides instead of just the one side. My question is... Could this be hyper-ovulating and I have the chance of conceiving twins. Or am I absolutely crazy and this is just like any other cycle pains.
BTW: I just got off of the Implanon Aug 3 2015. have a family history of twins, and have 2 children already. I don't know if that increases my chances of having twins also....

I don't know the answer but it could be you have ovulated from both sides I had mirena removed Sept and have been tcc twins I have been taking high dose folic acid, b6 and pre natal I felt my ovulation for the first time in my life and sound exactly like you described but on one side unfortunately I didn't conceive that cycle and I'm currently on cd3 I have started soy isoflavone which I am going to take for 5 days
10 years ago when I was tcc my 4th I ovulated from both sides naturally (knew from a routine scan looking for something else ) and I caught pregnant with twins (unfortunately I lost one baby ) so if you have healthy sperm waiting and you sound like you ov from both sides you are definitely in with a chance of 2 :-)
Are you hoping for twins ?
