What's happening?

Wed I went and got a blood test and they told me my hcg was15 EXTREMELY LOW sat night I began bleeding and sun I went to the hospital and did anotherblood test and ultrasound SHE SIMPLY SAID YOUR NOT PREGNANT Said Ihave a bladder infection and sent me home... Well planned parenthood ccalled me and told me to cone back for another blood test to see if my hcg is traceable...... Anybody else have this Iam 24dpo today been bleeding since 8:45pm sat it tapered off yesterday and began again today its bright red mild to moderate amount. also: the hospital was rude and wouldnt really tell me whether or not they did a BETA to see my levels she just simply stated IT WAS NEGATIVE
