Tightness in abdomen

Im on day late for af, 13 dpo. Netgayice test this morning. But ive been having this tightening feeling all through jy abdomen. Best way to describe the feeling is it feela as though when you laugh too much. Anybody else has or had this? Is it an early sign of pregnancy or that af is coming?
