I'm puzzled

Hi ladies. This month when I missed my period I tested it came out positive but it was faint. When I was 10 days late I started spotting, the 2nd day it got a bit heavier but not like my normal period. I usually get cramps and clots but this one is just light and painless. I'll go to my dr's office on friday. So I was just wondering if this means. Thanks for the answers!!
