Any one have BFN 3 days before AF but still get a BFP later?

I called my Dr today because my boobs are killing me! They are sore, full, heavy, and are half a cup size bigger! I can even touch my nipples today with out almost crying. My head is killing me along with my back. Im very sleepy and today, 3 days before AF, I am getting this pain really low on my right side of my belly close to my pubic bone. These are not normal signs of AF for me.

My dr said that these are red flags for being pregnant but we will just have to wait to see what friday brings. That if I don't get it to call her and come in. She also said that this could just be pre af symptoms but I have NEVER had my boobs hurt let alone GROW half a cup size before a period!

I did do a round of clomid this month and I had no problems while taking it. I don't know if I am or not and I am having a hard to let go of the idea that Im not. Anyone else have this? HELP!!
