I'm 9po and I'm bleeding but it's dark red and not really a lot. But it's not spotting.

Is it a chemical pregnancy

Potentially, but maybe your period came early. If you take a sensitive pregnancy test right now it should tell you, but then again it's so early if it's a failed implantation it will show negative. Basically it's impossible to say. All the best.
