How did you track your fertile window? Are you sure you caught it? Sometimes we ovulate at different times of the month depending on how stressed we are. xx

It takes a while for me almost 2 years. I have an app called "my days" to roughly track my periods/ovulation. I have noticed too much sex doesn't work. It's most likely not you, it's his sperm. Give him some time to build healthy spermies. He needs lots of leafy greens and beans for folate. I noticed that we have both ovulated the same day! I hope this is the month for both of us! If it isn't then really look back at your periods. After a year of trying I saw that I ovulate 30-32 days, so my window was wrong. All of my friends either are about to have their ban or they just did. Except me! But I think the main prob is us stressing over it.
Let's try to promise each other we won't stress about it. Just wait another week to see if you know who comes. Don't even buy another test. Try to cut out stress and coffee. Have sex a few days before your "window" and a few days after your window.
