We had sex every day during my fertile window and still got a negative pregnancy test! Help Me!!!
Hi,
My husband and I had sex eveyday during my fertile windows and my pregnancy test still came up negative. Is there something that we're doing wrong? The symptoms were there but the test was a disappointment to look at. I begin my period tomorrow and I'm so not a happy person right now. I was really hoping that we was going to have a baby cooking in there... Any tips to be successful next go around?

Stay positive! Even if you do have sex every day in your fertile window the odds of getting pregnant are still only about 20% per cycle (depends on age group). Even after conception, implantation fails half the time. The general recommendation for young women is to try for a year before getting looked into.
Mean while, there are things you can do to help the process. Taking prenatal vitamins and exercising is important for both you can your partner. Staying hydrated is important for healthy semen and cm. Switch your coffee for green tea and avoid alcohol and cigarettes. Taking maca root might help keep hormones in balance (for both of you) and fish oils are a good idea too. Don't get up immediately after bding, instead lay back and tilt your hips up to give his swimmers a hand in reaching their destination. And most of all, don't stress and have fun!! All the best :)
