Really worried!!! Any help appreciated!

Okay so I am 4dpo and today had some bright red bleeding! Not much only when I wiped! What could this be?! Too early for implantation bleeding right?!

It depends, could you have ovulated earlier? Spotting can have a number of causes, commonly it occurs when the cervix has been irritated. You could always test in a few days, then you'll know for sure if it's implantation bleeding or not. Fingers crossed for you.
