Waxy cm

I noticed today that most my cm is creamy like it normally is after ovulation, but when I checked my opening I noticed this waxy, not sticky, odourless, pure white lump that holds its shape on my finger tip (sorry if that's tmi). Ive checked my cervix for months and never seen this before. I've never read anything about this kind of cm. I don't think it's an infection as I'm in a long term relationship plus there's no itching or redness. Is it maybe a good sign? Has anybody had this before a bfp?
