CD 82!!!! Just need some advice

Hi. As stated I'm on Cd 82. My longest ever cycle was 65 days and that was last year, so way past that. I took a Cb digital last Thurs that was negative. Have had tender breast on and off for like 4 weeks but no other symptoms. Yesterday I started having sharp stabbing pains in my lower left stomach. Not sure what that could be, maybe uti? Not sure what to do??? I can guarantee drs will just say there's nothing they can do and wait for AF to arrive
