Clear Blue Advanced OPK- Blinky Smiley @ 6DPO?

Hi Ladies- I'm starting my journey again after a TFMR in August. I'm so ready to be a mom. After having a miscarriage this past Feb, and now losing my son- I hope this time around I finally have my rainbow baby!!

Question about CB Advanced OPK- I don't chart, but I'm using FF and Ovia, and they are right on point with what my OPK's have said. I used the OPK last week starting Monday 9/28. I got my first blinking smiley that day followed by another blinking smiley on Tues. 9/29. I started having O cramping I got my solid the day after on Wed. Today, I had some cramping on the same side (right side) I had my O cramps. For the hell of it, I decided to test again. I was in shock- I got another blinking smiley. Is it possible that my OPK picked up another surge, and I'm ovulation twice this month? I've used these in the past, and have never had a second surge after O. Anyone experienced this before? And what was the outcome??
