Am I pregnent?

I m in 17 dpo but still test is negative, I had all early symptoms like gassy, lower abdominal pain, watery mouth, lower back pain, leg pain, very tired all time and aways hungary.. But now I am only having abdominal pain, yesterday I had little stopping only when wiped with tissue which is light pink and today moring I had little spotting which is dark clot. I am unsure whether it is implantation bleeding or menuration..
