Evap vs Faint line

I took a test 8 days before AF because my boobs have gone up a cup size in just a week and I have been nauseous and thew up once. I used a blue dye test from Walgreens and placed it on the counter, while waiting I had to run to my sons room and get him dressed and one thing led to another and it was about ten min later and I saw a very faint thick blue line. I retested later that night because I was too excited and received a thin blue line. What does a typical evaporation line look like?
