Anyone try fetilitea or vitex?
Well I'm pretty sure I'm out for the month, started spotting, temp dropped and AF is due tomorrow so unless it's some fluke on to cycle 5. Has anyone had any experience with fetilitea or vitex? I've read reviews that it's supposed to help with women's reproductive health and conceiving and was looking for thoughts.
