If I am not pregnant what will be the cause of lower belly pain?

Today is my 44 days. Still no menstrual cycle. I am facing lower belly pain from two weeks. My average cycle length is 40 days , sometimes 60 days. But I didn't face any lower belly pain previously before period. Now I have mild breast pain and nausea problem. I am feeling too much tired. I took home pregnancy test but it was negative. I took the blood test and waiting for the result.I am trying to conceive for 2nd child. If I am not pregnant what will be the cause of this lower belly pain and week feeling.
