New to BBT
Hello beautiful ladies.... Having a end of cycle bad day so I'm trying to stay positive ;-)
Anyways this was my first cycle doing the bbt thing & I have to say I'm pretty amazed !!! It's easy & pretty much pin points ovulation. All my temps seem to be pretty much "by the book" so far. After ovulation my temp spiked then a few days later (5 DPO) it dropped and then ever since then its been going back up except for maybe 1 day when it dropped a bit. Anyways my question is today I'm 10 DPO my temp this morning (which went up since yesterday) was 98.14.... I'm due for AF in 3-4 days so I thought your bbt was supposed to start dropping before AF?? I have done a HPT this morning & it was negative. Been trying for a year & I'm hurting inside while smiling on the outside..... Ugghhh rough day. Thnx for listening ladies...I can always count on you guys to listen lol. Baby dust to all !!!
