Right side ovary pain 5dpo

I'm 5 dpo and all day I've been getting quick, sharp pains around my right ovary. Does implantation feel similar? I still have two weeks before AF so I know I'm not about to start. OPK said I Oed 5 days ago. Confused and curious.
