10dpo, Shaky, flutters/bubbling feeling, weird bleeding...?

Hi,
so im about 10DPO, and the last few days ive had thgis intense i wouldn't call it cramp or pain... more like stab or stitch on my left side around my ovaries, though for sure i was out this month and AF was about to come.
Last night i check my cervix and noticed there was a little bit of blood so i thought i had irritated myself, went to the loo before bed and wiped and light pinkish blood when i wiped, this morning FMU I wiped and sort of light brown, ive been super shaky today, in my hands, feel like my heart is racing but its not? Also these weird flutters/bubbling in my lower belly.. any help would be great? or insight?
