I think it depends a little on sperm count. Typically for a healthy man recent studies have shown you get the best odds doing it every day, but if his sperm court is on the low side then every other day might be better. Every other day is nearly as good as every day any way, so I'd just go for what you're most comfortable with. Good luck.
