What worked for you?

Hi :) I'm pretty new to all this. I'm looking for tried and tested fertility aids, what worked for you? Did you try things that didn't work? Any advice or suggestions are very welcome. Thank you!

Borage Seed oil capsules have helped me increase fertile CM. Preseed is also good when dealing with little or no CM. Fertility acupuncture and castor oil packs are improving blood circulation and I have had better outcomes during medicated stim cycles. Best wishes.
