Hoping I'm pregnant- late cycle and off pill?

Hi all, I ended the pill July 25th (on our honeymoon). We have been "ttc" naturally since then. I have bought a bulk order of ovulation strips/preg tests. First ovulation aug6 (period aug18) lasted 4-5 days.

Now this month. + ovulation 8/9 of Sept. Symptoms started usual time (10-12days after)- sore breasts, cramps. But instead only 2 short light days of brown/black spotting and tiny clots.

Took a hcg test today at 14dpo or 3 days past spotting and EXTREMELY faint 2nd line. Dont want to get excited but what do we think?
