2 days late and bfn.

HI ladies, Im 2 days late and did a test first thing this morning and it came back bfn, Iv been having really bad headaches the last two days and feel really nauseous. I don't feel any difference in my bbs and when i lie in bed my back aches a little, iv been having some hot flushes the last 2 days and really dont feel like eating and also going toilet every 5 mins. I had an ectopic in january resulting in the loss of twins and my right tube.. My periods are usually like clockwork as i monitor them using not one but 2 apps on my fone just to be sure lol... Im slightly confused as to why m late as this never happens, we havent been ttc but we havent been preventing it and would be so delighted if it did happen... Im just confused this month incase history repeats itself. Anyone else experience anything like this before?? Thanks in advance ladies... Baby dust to all....xxxx
