Coconut oil?

I've read that you can use coconut oil to get rid of BV. Has anyone down this before? Anyone put it on around the area that has signs of BV like where the white discharge can be and did that while having sex? If so did it stop your husband from getting? How many times a day did you put coconut oil on? I hear it works great and if it does then it's really something I would like to use to get rid of my BV. If there is anything else out there that works please do tell me. Me and my husband are ready to try for baby #2 and would really like to try this month and I'm about to ovulate in a few days.

BV can cause miscarriages, so it's a good idea to deal with it beforehand. I would see the dr for a prescription of antibiotics. "Flagyl" worked extremely well for me. Best wishes.
