Temperature problems!
Iv been writing down my bbt every morning at 7am when I wake up an apart from the day before i ovulated (it went down 0.2) iv been the same temperature always 36.2-36.1..yesterday at 9dpo it spiked to 36.6 am today it's back to normal..iv never done my bbt before can anyone tell me what this means?
