Stop taking progesterone?
I am taking oral progesterone 200mg 1x nightly for the first time this cycle. At 8dpo I had a very faint positive followed by an even lighter + on 9 and 10 dpo and then the tests were -. I am now 13dpo and tests are -. I am not sure if I am completely out. I keep second guessing stopping the progesterone. Thinking that maybe the + tests were faulty or something. The progesterone has stopped AF from coming so I won't start my next cycle until I stop.
My question is should I stop now and force AF or wait a little longer to be sure? I didn't really get good instructions I was told to take it 3dpo and keep taking it if I was pregnant but not sure when I am supposed to give up and stop. Any info is appreciated, Thanks!

Just an update for anyone in this same situation. I continued progesterone and had very faint positive this AM. Cramping and spotting has started anyway (3 days after expected period) so this confirms chemical for me. I will be stopping progesterone tonight and trying again.

I'm not sure if this us helpful for you but I've heard that some docs don't use oral progesterone alone because it's not very effective. At least not bu itself. My RE uses vaginal suppositories in addition to oral. Or you can do progesterone injections. Im sure they're monitoring your blood levels appropriately regardless. Gl!
