I think I'm miscarrying please help !
HELP
I miscarried back in July. And I'm currently pregnant again. And I have been spotting / bleeding for a few days. Normally its brown , but a few times it has been bright red. And I have really had any cramps. ( I don't hurt just feel like I have gas honestly ). But the red is really worrying me. I have an app Friday. But I'm just wondering has this happened to anyone else ?. My last miscarriage I also had no pain at all went for an ultrasound and nothing was there.

How far along are you? I would just try your best to relax, I would guess you're just experiencing normal early pregnancy spotting like I did when I was pregnant. I was spitting for a couple days really early during my pregnancy. Just try and stay calm! It's a very good sign you're not experiencing any cramping! Good luck!

At the risk of sounding alarming, if you have a history of miscarriage and are genuinely concerned, I would head to the emergency department to be checked out. You'll be triaged quickly due to pregnancy. At the best case scenario, it's normal and you can recieve information and peace of mind. Worse case scenario something is very wrong and you're in the best possible hands to do whatever they can to help. In my opinion, better to be safe than sorry. No-one can judge you for being safe! I'm so sorry for your loss. Please try to stay calm (I know that's almost impossible). If you can, get a serial hcg drawn and/or go to the er. Piece of mind is important!! Some spring in early pregnancy can be normal but I am all too familiar with the devastation that comes with a miscarriage
