Have you had a normal period since your miscarriage? If not it could just be buildup. It's normal to have a heavy period afterwards. Could you have been pregnant again and are miscarrying? If you are really in pain and soaking through pads in less than an hour I would get seen somewhere.

Mnor0406 i've had a normal period every month since, i've called the emergency doctors just waiting for somebody to call back.

You may be asked to bring in a sample of what you are passing. I would save some of it in a glass jar with lid. It sounds crazy but it could be helpful in case the dr wants to send it in for a pathology report. Best wishes.
