Temp spiked at 7DPO to 99.1

I know I shouldn't symptom spot but this is easier said than done! My temps post O for the past several days have been right at 98.44. Then today at 7DPO it spiked to 99.1. I've been chatting for 3-4 months now and this is the highest it's ever been. I am not sick. I know I need to wait and see what happens but im cautious if anyone has had this happen to them and it resulted in a BFP? I can't help myself... Thank you!
