Feeling of pregnancy

Hi, i had my last perigv od on 30 August and end up on 3rd september, i started feeling litle pain in right side and me n my husband tried on 10th september night.. I have started feeling body pain, back pain, crames on right side and also nousia and even i vomit and since 2 days some white sticky n a slightly smelly discharge is there and the abdominal pain is still in the right side. Is it a sign of pregnancy? I am eager to know the positive results. When i can get my result?
