Has anyone had a 'normal' cycle after an ectopic while waiting for hCG levels to hit 0?

So I am 5 weeks 3 days post Methotrexate and I had a bleed around the dates my cycle would normally be due in August, which I accounted for the drop in hCG levels. I would normally be due in the next few days and am feeling like it is around the corner, however my hCG levels as of Friday were still 78. Has anyone else continued to have regular cycles while waiting for their hCG levels to drop to 0? I'm hoping that my cycle will resume as normal as soon as I am 0 and ovulate as normal. thanks!
