There are a boatload of herbal supplements it will all depend on the reason why you feel you need supplements. For instance vitex and maca root are supposedly amazing for balancing hormones and extending lp. I forget the others you would have to google them. There are sites where they list tons of herbs and what they can do to enhance fertility. Have you been to see an MD or officially been diagnosed with anything? Is there an factor? Seriously, there are a lot of herbs but some may take a few months of consistent use before seeing any possible benefits. I know not a very direct answer just difficult to be exact when there are so many options out there :)

Been ttc for few months now with no luck, have recently found out I have an iron deficiency which I was surprised to find out affects fertility, so I am taking supplements for that as well as pregnancy vitimens but was just curious what else I can do to increase my chances of conceiving so every bit helps me expand my knowledge :-) thank you for your suggestion

I went to a natural doctor, she put me on vit b 6, vitex, and prenatals. I've also read red raspberry leaf tea before you ovulate is supposed to help tone your uterus, but only to be consumed prior to ovulation. I haven't had any success with this, but I fall into the "unexplained infertility" category, so this may help you. I've heard vitex has helped a lot of women get pregnant. Good luck

Have you considered using Fertilitea? When I drank it, I started drinking it on the first day of my cycle. It tastes okay, kind of minty, but I'm not sure if it helped me conceive or if it was just coincidence. You drink 2-3 cups a day if I'm not mistaken. There's also Virilitea for men that my husband drank, though apparently it can take up to three months to make a difference but I'm not sure if that's completely true. Anyway, that tea smells horrible (what I imagine a dirty urinal smells like, honestly ha!) and my husband says it tastes about like it smells so he adds honey and lemon to make it a little more pleasant.
I do drink oolong tea everyday and have heard that green tea can help with fertility!

It's not cheap but I swear acupuncture helped me conceive my second baby. Our first took four years to get pregnant. I got pregnant after doing acupuncture (weekly) in 5 months.
