Drs admitted they got bloods mixed up...help please

So ive had faint positive hcgs and had bloods taken when i should have been 4.5 weeks and they came back at 310 hcg level they took bloods again and the level was less than 5 took them again and they were 0 i had my ultrasound and the results ive had showed i was ovulating again. The dr called me and told me the lab had a mix up and my bloods were always not pregnant.
Who do i complain to and can i complain for them gettimg my bloods mixed up?

That's awful. Yes you definitely should complain I would!! You can ring ur doctors for their complains telephone number as this service is different for all areas xx

I would also refuse to pay for any tests that were "mixed up".

They are not charging me for my appointments as they messed up, i am a bit down but i feel okay as the other lady whos bloods they mixed up has been trying for longer than i.
