It depends on the strength of the HCG shot ( how many IU) as well as on how fast your body metabolizes the drug. With 10,000 IU it can take up to 10 days or longer to get out of your system but again, it can be sooner. If you like keep testing until you get a negative result. From that point on if you start seeing a positive it should be a true positive. Best wishes and good luck!

I just tested out of the Ovidrel HCG trigger shot at 12 days past trigger. I am four foot 9 and about 110 lbs if that helps.

Mine was out after 3 days . I wish I see a positive result soon
